摘　　要：肺癌的发病率逐年上升,发病年龄也有年轻化的趋势,在治疗上以根治性手术切除为主。本文按肺的淋巴结引流、转移分布与划区为一例青年人肺癌施行肺叶切除及淋巴清扫手术,并对其有关问题进行讨论。The morbidity of patients with lung cancer has been rising year after year andthere is a tendency that the patients' ages become younger and younger. The major therapeutic method for lung cancer is radical pneumonectomy at present. Recently, we performed a radical pneumonectomy on a young patient with lung cancer according to the direction of pneumonic lymphatic flow and the distribution of lymph nodes. Some problems about lung cancer in young patients and lymphoidectomy in radical pneumonectomy were also discussed.
