不同剂量血浆疗法治疗格林—巴利氏综合征50例疗效观察

摘　　要：50例格林—巴利氏综合征分层随机分为二组,在其他治疗基本相同的情况下,用不同剂量的血浆治疗,对其疗效进行了对比观察,并经统计学处理结果显示格林—巴利氏综合征早期血浆治疗按7ml～10ml/kg/次,最大量不超过150ml/次,连用3天,较为可靠。Fifty-seven babies with Guillain-Barre's syndrome were divided into two groups at random with similar conditions except for the dosage of surum intravenous injection. The results re vealed that, at the early stage of Guillain-Barre's syndrome, 7ml～10 ml serum per kg a time for 3 days were suitable. The maximal dosage of serum should not be more than 150 ml one time.
