摘　　要：研究了熔炼钢制汽车活塞销冷挤压凸模10种失效形式,选用TLMW50、GW50、GJW50等3种钢结硬质合金制造冷挤压凸模,经锻造和复合强化处理,消除了早中期失效,且活塞销表面光洁度高,寿命提高20～30倍。Do a research of ten kinds of failure forms of a cold extruding punch terrace die for a smelting steeliness automobile piston. Choose three kinds of steeliness hard alloy such as TLMW50, GW50 and GJW50 to manufacture a cold extruding punch. By forging and compound hardening,removing early or mid stage failure,and piston with higher surface finish, consequently die life is increased 20～30 times, which is praised as long life die.
