含锰高铬铸铁的韧性与抗磨性能的关系

摘　　要：本文通过变质处理及热处理等试验方法,获得一系列硬度相同而韧性各异的高铬锰白口抗磨铸铁材质,经耐磨试验及回归分析,得出在本实验条件下,抗磨材料的抗磨性能随材料的韧性提高而呈直线上升趋势,并满足如下方程式:β(材料抗磨性)=0.58+0.21d_k(材料的冲击韧性值)By way of modifying the molten iron and the heat treatment in this paper, a series of high chromium manganese white cast irons with the same handness and different impact toughness are attained. The results were gotten that the wear resistance of the material rises straightly as promotion of impact toughness by wear test and analysis of variance, they satisfy the equation that ε(wear resistance)=0.58+0.21d_k(impact toughness)
