摘　　要：本文应用挣值管理理论对基础设施项目实施阶段投资偏离进行定量描述,应用神经网络建立基础设施项目投资偏离神经网络预测模型,运用该模型可以对基础设施项目实施阶段的投资偏离进行预测,为投资风险的预警提供依据.Applying the theory of earned value management, the implementation phase investment departure of infrastructure project is depicted quantificationally in this paper. Then, applying the theory of neural network, the neural network prediction model of investment departure of infrastructure project is constructed. Using this model, the implementation phase investment departure of infrastructure project can be forecasted, and it provides basis for the investment risk early-warning.
