肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞与肿瘤细胞体外化疗药敏研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞 ( peripheralbloodlymphocytes ,PBL )的体外化疗药物敏感性 ,以及与肿瘤细胞化疗药敏的相关性。方法 :采用MTT法测定了 14 2例肿瘤患者PBL及其肿瘤细胞对 17种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果 :神经胶质瘤患者PBL与肿瘤细胞对15种化疗药的敏感性相关性好 ,差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;骨肉瘤患者PBL与肿瘤细胞对 13种化疗药的敏感性相关性好 ,差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;乳腺癌患者PBL和肿瘤细胞对 12种化疗药物的敏感性差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5或P<0 0 1。结论 :神经胶质瘤和骨肉瘤患者PBL对化疗药物的敏感性具有良好的正相关性 。OBJECTIVE:To study chemosensitivity of anticancer drugs in the peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) of tumor patients and evaluate the correlation of chemosensitivity of tumor cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes in vitro.METHODS:The sensitivity of 17 kinds of anticancer drugs in the peripheral blood lymphocytes and the tumor cells of 142 cases with tumor in vitro were tested by the MTT method.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of 15 anticancer drugs between PBL and tumor cells of patients with glioma,P>0.05.There was also no significant difference in the sensitivity of 13 anticancer drugs between PBL and tumor cells of patients with osteosarcoma,P>0.05.However,in breast cancer,there was a significant difference in the sensitivity of 12 anticancer drugs between PBL and tumor cells,P<0.05 or P<0.01.CONCLUSIONS:There is positive relativity about sensitivity of anticancer drugs between the peripheral blood lymphocytes and the tumor cells with glioma and osteosarcoma.The chemosensitive test of the peripheral blood lymphocytes can become valuable for reference of selecting anti-cancer drugs in the clinic for these two kinds of tumor.
