血管断流术联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌41例疗效观察

摘　　要：对 41例既不能行胃癌根治术也不能行姑息性切除术的晚期胃癌患者行血管断流术 ,联合术中及术后化疗。术后生存期≥ 12个月 2 9例。初步研究结果提示 ,阻断瘤体的大部分血液供应可控制肿瘤生长 。Devascularization operation combined with chemotherapy of intraoperative and postoperative was perforned for 41 patients with advanced stomach cancer who receired neither radical operation nor palliative operation.The postoperative survival time were 12 months or more in 29 cases.Preliminary researches show that blood supply of greater part to the tumor are blocked, the tumor growth can be controled and the survival time can be longer.
