摘  要:目的 研究异体骨和异体骨骨水泥重建骨缺损的疗效。方法 本组 4 2例 ,行异体骨植入的 2 0例 ,异体骨骨水泥 (异体骨粒与骨水泥体积比为 1:1混合 )重建的 2 2例。结果  4 2例患者随访 3个月~ 2 .5年 ,平均 1.3a。其中 2 0例用异体骨全部愈合 ,愈合时间 3.5~ 7个月 ,平均 5 .2个月。2 2例异体骨水泥中有 2例骨不连 ,其余均愈合 ,愈合率为 90 .9% ,愈合时间为 9~ 12个月 ,平均 10 .5个月。结论 异体骨和异体骨骨水泥在骨缺损的重建上疗效优良 ,异体骨应用范围更广 ,治愈率更高 ,异体骨骨水泥在治疗良、恶交界性和恶性肿瘤上性能优越 ,尤其适应于生存时间长的骨肿瘤的保肢术是一种切实可行的方法。Objective To study the application of allogous bone and bone cement in bone rebuilding. Methods In 42 cases, allotransplantation of bone in 20 cases, all otransplantation of bone plus bone cement in 22 cases(allogous bone was mixed with bone cement at the ratio of 1∶1). Results 42 patients were followed up from 3 months to 2.5 years, the average 1.3 years. 20 cases among them were healed with allogous bone, the time of healing was 3.5 to 7 months,the average 5.2 months. 2 cases were found non-union in the other 22 cases, the others healed. The healing rate is 90.9%, heal time for 9 to 12 months, average 10.5 months. Conclusion The applications of allogous bone and bone cement in bone reconstruction are effective, the range of application of allogous is bone is more extensive. The healing rate is higher. The performance in treating the benign and malignant bowned tumour and malignant tumor of cement of bone of the allogous is superior. A dapt to on survive chronic bone tomour protecl limbs operation especially. It is a kind of feasible method.
