摘 要:目的 探讨头位变化对乳牙期儿童牙弓两侧肌肉压力的影响。方法 利用自行设计的乳牙期牙弓两侧肌肉压力微机测量系统测定 30名乳牙期正常牙合儿童在自然头位 (NHP)、眶耳平面头位 (FHP)下口腔分别处于静息状态、吞咽状态时牙弓两侧的肌肉压力并进行统计学分析。结果 两种头位下 ,静息状态时 ,牙弓两侧的肌肉压力为 0~ 1.4 7g/cm2 ,吞咽状态时的肌肉压力为 9.6 0~ 2 0 .13g/cm2 。头位从FHP后仰到NHP时 ,上下切牙唇侧的肌肉压力缓慢升高 ,上颌后牙颊侧、下颌切牙及下颌后牙舌侧的肌肉压力缓慢下降。结论 头位变化可以引起牙弓两侧肌肉压力的改变 。Objective To investigate the effects of head position on the muscular pressure exerting on deciduous dental arch. Methods Thirty volunteers of deciduous normal occlusion were selected. The muscle pressures at rest and during swallowing in head positions in a state of Frankfort horizontal plane (FHP) or natural head position (NHP) were measured with a PC real time measuring system and these data were analyzed by SAS. Significance was established at the 5% level. Results In these head positions the forces from lips, cheeks and tongue at rest were about 0~1.47 g/cm 2 while the pressures were about 9.60~20.13 g/cm 2 during swallowing. There was no statistical difference between NHP and FHP (P>0.05), but the following trends existed: muscular pressure from upper or lower lips would increase while forces from tongue and cheeks would decrease in the head position changes from FHP to NHP. Conclusion Head position tended to change the muscular pressure on deciduous dentition and it might be correlated to malocclusion.
