中国人滑动直丝弓矫治器的研制和临床应用

摘　　要：目的　研制适合中国人牙牙合特征的滑动直丝弓矫治器 ,并评价其临床疗效。方法　根据中国人正常牙合的牙牙合特征并参考国外同类直丝弓矫治器 ,研制出符合中国人牙牙合特征的滑动机制直丝弓矫治器 ;随机选择 13～ 17岁错牙合畸形患者 4 0例进行临床使用 ,并对矫治后的模型进行测量。结果　使用该矫治器治疗后取得了满意的临床效果 ,但上颌尖牙的转矩及下颌第二前磨牙的底板厚度尚可适当增加。结论　该矫治器可使矫治结果更符合中国人的牙牙合特征 ,个别数据尚可进一步修正。Objective To study and design the Sliding Mechanic Straight Wire Appliance which will be more suitable for Chinese people, and evaluate the treatment effect of this appliance. Methods With the data of normal occlusion of Chinese people, we studied and made the brakets and bands of Sliding Mechanic Straight Wire Appliance more suitable for the characteristics of normal occlusion of Chinese people, and put it into clinical therapy. The samples included 40 malocclusion cases treated with the appliance, and model measurement was performed after treatment. Results Satisfactory results were got after the treatment by the appliance, though it would be more suitable to increase a little in the torque of upper canine and the depth of bracket of lower second premolar.Conclusion The appliance is more suitable for the characteristics of normal occlusion of Chinese people, but several data may need to be improved.
