摘　　要：介绍了企业业务流程重建(BPR)理论提出的背景及其内涵,分析了企业实施BPR的原因,并就如何进行BPR等问题进行了深入的探讨,以期对我国企业顺利实施BPR有所帮助。This paper introduces the background and connotation of BPR theory, analyzes on the causes why the enterprise practice BPR, and probes into the problem of how the enterprise to practice BPR, helping the Chinese enterprises practicing BPR smoothly.
