摘　　要：针对我国西北干旱区生态环境的特点,提出了发展生态农业的必要性和优越性;并结合制约因素,提出发展生态农业的对策建议,即生态农业的建设要与富民增收、节约水资源结合起来,要树立生态意识,健全有利于发展的有效机制,加快生态农业产业化发展的步伐。生态农业是中国农业可持续发展的方向,发展生态农业可实现西北干旱区农业和农村经济跨越式发展。This paper aims at the environmental characteristics of the ecosystems in arid regions of China, pointing out the agricultural necessity in ecosystem in development with the superior, combine roughly factor in combination system, put forward the counter plan suggestion that develop the ecosystem agriculture. That is, ecological construction should be combined with raising people′s income and saving water. We should have the ecological awareness, set up a complete and effective system of developing ecological agriculture and speed up the development of agricultural industry. Developing ecological agriculture can make it possible for the northwest dry and rural economy leap forward.
