摘　　要：针对短生产周期的中小企业,分析这类企业的生产物流管理模式,以构建适用于它们的生产物流信息系统,提高这些企业的生产物流管理水平。首先分析了MRPⅡ本身及经改进后的生产物流管理模式存在的问题,然后对研究前提即如何界定短生产周期的中小企业进行了分析,并指出这些生产物流管理模式都是一种全面精细的管理模式,它们在短生产周期的中小企业中缺乏适用性,最后提出了适用于这类企业生产物流管理的灰箱控制模型。The authors analyze the management mode of production logistics in small and medium enterprises (SMES) with short production cycle to design the proper information system of production logistics and enhance the management performance of these enterprises production logistics. Firstly, the problems of MRPII itself and improved management mode of production logistics are analyzed. Secondly, the definition of SMES with short production cycle is given, which is the precondition of this paper. The authors indicate that they are all total and lean management mode of production logistics and are lack of applicability in SMES with short production cycle. Finally, grey box control model of production logistics management is put forward in the paper.
