摘  要:目的探讨CD34与基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测64例大肠癌组织中CD34与MMP-2蛋白的表达及肿瘤微血管计数(MVC)。结果64例大肠癌的MVC值为63.85±24.31,MMP-2阳性表达率为53.13%。MVC与大肠癌的分化程度无相关(P>0.05),与大肠癌的侵袭范围、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05,P<0.05);MMP-2蛋白表达与大肠癌的分化程度、侵袭范围、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论癌组织CD34与MMP-2蛋白的表达增强,在肿瘤血管生成、侵袭转移中起重要作用。To determine the significance of CD34 and MMP-2 expression in Colorectal Carcinoma for angiogenesis and metastasis. Streptacidin/Peroxidase(SP) technique was used to examine the expression of CD34 and MMP-2 in 64 cases of Colorectal Carcinoma, and vascular endothelial microvessal count(MVC) was determined by microscopy. The MVC value was 63.85±24.31, with a positive expression rate of MMP-2 53.13%. MVC was not correlated with histopathological grading (P>0.05), but MVC was significantly correlated with invasion range and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05, P<0.05). MMP-2 was significantly correlated with histopathological grading, invasion range and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.05). [Conclusions] CD34 and MMP-2 are up-expressed in Colorectal Carcinoma, and tumor angiogenesis plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of Colorectal Carcinoma.
