摘 要:目的MN血型M基因的第一内含子中有一个G/T颠换位点,检测该单核苷酸多态性在中国汉族人群中分布状态。方法在104名中国北京地区汉族人群中,使用PCR-ASP方法进行MM,MN和NN基因型检测以及使用PCR-RFLP方法进行MGMG,MTMT,MGMT,MGN,MTN和NN基因型检测,并进行了有关统计学计算。结果MG,MT和N等位基因的频率分别为:0.414,0.091和0.495。杂合度(H):0.5753,多态信息容量(PIC):0.4844。结论单核苷酸多态性作为第三代遗传标记,受到广泛关注。我们检测出的我国北京地区汉民族MG等位基因的频率低于日本人(0.547),而MT等位基因频率高于日本人(0.040)。在该方面的研究提供了初步数据资料。G/T polymorphisms were located in intron 1 of M gene of MN blood group system. A distribution of the single nucleotide polymorphisms in Han population of Beijing area of China was detected. MM, MN and NN genotypes were detected by ASP-PCR, and MGMG,MTMT,MGMT,MGN,MTN,NN genotypes by PCR-RFLP. Allele frequencies of MG, MT and N in 104 unrelated Chinese Beijing area Han population were 0.414, 0.091 and 0.495, respectively. Hi-Square test indicated the distribution of genotypes agreed with Hardy-Weinberg equulibrium (P >0.05). The statistical analysis showed H (heterozygosity) 0.5753, PIC (polymorphic information content) 0.4844. [Conclusion] In Han population of Beijing area of China, Allele frequency of MG is higher than that in Japanese population. Allele frequency of MT is lower than that in Japanese population.
