摘 要:仅对非线性蛇簧联轴器本身的结构进行设计和评定 ,缺乏全面性和实践性。文中应用非线性振动理论分析非线性蛇簧联轴器基本参数对机械系统振动特性的影响 ,按照幅频响应曲线对非线性蛇簧联轴器进行合理设计 ,通过理论和实验证明 ,系统可以获得良好的振动特性。当满足共振条件时 ,非线性蛇簧联轴器可以自动中断振幅危险增长 ,使整个系统平稳运行 ;当扭矩一定 ,适当增加簧片的厚度和高度及联轴器的齿数 ,减小轮齿的宽度 ,对联轴器和系统均有利。从系统的角度 。In order to comprehensively and practically design and assess properties of the nonlinear grid coupling, vibration characteristics of the mechanical system affected by basic parameters of the nonlinear grid coupling are analysed with nonlinear vibrations theory. By rational design of the nonlinear grid coupling according to the amplitude-frequency responding curve, fine vibration characteristics of the mechanical system are obtained. The theoretical and experimental results show that the nonlinear grid coupling can automatically suspend the increase of steep amplitude when the system meets the resonant conditions and make the system run smoothly. The proper increases of thickness and width of the strip, tooth number of the coupling and appropriate decrease of width of teeth are both favorable for the coupling and the mechanical system while the torque maintains constant. The less rigidity of the coupling is, the better effect of oscillation damping is. The results provide the theory foundation of nonlinear grid coupling design and optimization of parameters from the angular of system.
