蜂蜜品质的花粉检验法研究

摘　　要：本试验提取15种蜂蜜中花粉粒,采用醋酸酐分解法处理,通过对不同蜜源花粉的形态特征及数量的显征检验,鉴定出蜂蜜的品种和纯度,并对操作要点进行了改良和量化。花粉检验法可用来判定蜂蜜的质量,是一种快速、有效的方法。Using vinegar-anhydride decomposing method, the pollen grains were extracted from 15 kinds of honeys. According to the morphological characteristics and the number of various pollens coming from different honey sources in the microscope, the both of variety and purity were identified. Meanwhile, a series of operating detailed rules were improved and quantified. The results showed that the method of testing pollen was a fast and effective way of determining the quality of honey. 
