摘　　要：用数学语言论证了低压铸造液面加压控制过程中的各种参量之间的关系,由此设计出CLP一血型控制系统,冷态实验及生产实际考验证明理论分析正确,设计合理。The relationship among several paramenters in the process of low-pressure die casting filling control is verified by using mathematical language, and as a result a type of control system named CLP- I has been designed. Through'cold' experiments and 'on spot' application, it is confirmed that the theory developed in this paper is correct and the system designed is successful.
