摘　　要：社会主义公有制是公有制的一种具体历史形态,具有自身的本质特征。股份制是所有制的一种存在形式,同时也是所有制的一种实现形式。在市场经济条件下,股份制具有强大的生命力,完善基本经济制度离不开所有制结构的调整和完善。The socialist public owenership is a historical formation in the developmental process of the public ownership,it has the different characteristics from others.The stock-holding system is an existence and realization form of the ownership.The stock-holding system has great vitality in the condition of market economy in China. It is impossibal to perfect the basic economic system without the adjustment of the ownership structurefirstly.
