兰州经济发展与生态环境互动作用机理研究

摘　　要：文章通过对兰州市经济发展与水污染、大气污染等的互动作用分析,说明兰州经济发展对生态环境的影响,总体上呈倒"U"字型关系。在人均GDP达到7500元时,废水、工业烟尘排放量等环境质量指标达到倒"U"字型曲线顶部,其后经济发展促进环境质量改善。分析表明:兰州市污染物排放总量受经济发展阶段的深刻影响;产业结构是影响环境污染物组成的重要因素;生态环境条件影响兰州市的产业布局、产业结构调整和经济发展的过程和方向。This article mainly uses the Environmental Kuznets Curve method to analyze every aspect of the interaction between environment and economy in Lanzhou city. We can draw conclusion that the economy development in Lanzhou affects the total amount of waste emission, waste category and composition, thus can affect the valley_basin environment, and the industrial distribution can also affect the local environment. On another aspect, the valley_basin environment can constrict the industrial structure, industrial distribution and economical development.
