摘 要:自从1990年普拉哈拉德和哈默尔提出"核心竞争力"的新理念以来,战略管理理论界与企业界日益热衷于把企业拥有的核心竞争力,作为影响企业长期竞争优势的关键因素。特别是随着经济全球化趋势的增强和知识经济的到来,企业之间的竞争无疑已演变成为企业核心竞争力的竞争。本文以大田集团为案例,探讨我国物流服务企业在知识经济条件下如何培育和创新核心竞争力、构筑国际竞争优势。In 1990, C.K.Prahalad and Gary Hamel introduced the new concept of 'core competence'. Since then, a lot of theorists and entrepreneurs of strategic management are becoming more and more absorbed in regarding enterprises' core competence as the key factor that affects their long-term competitive advantage. Especially, with the growing tendency of economic globalization and the coming of knowledge economy, there is no doubt that the competition between companies has become the competition of their core competencies. With a case study of Datian Group,the article explores how Chinese logistic service enterprises cultivate and innovate their core competence, and construct their international competitive advantage in knowledge economy.
