摘  要:采用生物化学方法研讨扇贝多肽(PCF)对小鼠60Co辐射损伤的保护作用。结果表明,PCF能显著 升高60Co辐射小鼠胸腺系数和脾系数;提高组织匀浆中SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低ROS和MDA含量,同时 提高总抗氧化能力,且PCF的作用呈剂量依赖性。提示PCF具有一定的抗辐射作用,这可能与其抗氧化及 能提高机体免疫功能有关。Polypeptide from Chlamys farreri (PCF) have showed protective effect on mice irradiated by 60Co γ- ray in vivo. In present study, the changes of the antioxidative enzyme activities, lipid peroxidation and total antioxidative capacity (T-AOC) in different organs of mice after 60Co irradiation were detected by using biochemical methods. Increased endogenous peroxidation and decreased contents of T-AOC as well as decreased activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were observed after 60Co irradiated mice. Intraperitoneal administration of PCF significantly increased the spleen and thymus indices,decreased the lipid peroxidation, increased T-AOC and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in all organs tested in 60Co irradiated mice.
