摘 要:研制智能型的分娩监控分析仪器,实现胎儿监护与助产控制一体化。方法;用分娩监护分析系统对18例分娩的产妇作宫外信号临床数据测量,并进行了信号分析。通过分娩监护分析系统[1,2]的人工选点截波程序,从临床数据中截取55个波次的宫缩波和90个波次的胎动、腹肌波,用STATISTCA统计软件分析。结果:得到识别波形时间参数、幅值参数的判别参考阈值,较规则的宫缩时距均值为75s.下限值为55s。识别胎动和旺肌的下限幅值为1.33kPa(10mmHg),时距上限值为10s.此四个阈值可用于宫外宫缩波的信号识别。At present, extrauterine measurement is usually adopted clinically. By means of fetal monitor, obstetricians manually judge contraction state and labor progress according to cardiotocograms (CTG) and their own experience, and thus make decisions of labor. In order to make the intelligent monitoring- controlling equipment for labor and achieve monitoring fetus and assisting labor, the clinical data of 18 cases, sampled with the Experimental Monitoring & Analyzing system[1.2], are investigated. Making use of the manually-cutting-wave program provided by the system, the time parameters and amplitude parameters of 55 contraction waveforms and 90 fetal movement waveforms and abdominal muscle waveforms are caught from clinical data of 18 samples. Analyzed by STATISTCA software, the reference thresholds of recognizing waveform are obtained. The interval' s mean of the comparatively regular uterine contraction is 75s and its lower limit value is 55s. The lower- limit amplitude value of recognizing fetal movement and abdominal muscle is 10 mmHg and the upper- limit interval value is 10s. The four characteristic values are available for recognizing extrauterine contraction.
