单味溪黄草对小鼠移植性腹水型肝癌的防治效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨单味溪黄草水煎剂对小鼠移植性腹水型肝癌(H22)细胞防治效果。方法将实验小鼠除正常对照组皮下注射生理盐水外，其它各组皮下移植H22细胞后，预防组小鼠饮用溪黄草水煎剂，治疗组小鼠4d后待有肿物形成时饮服溪黄草水煎剂．以观察小鼠生瘤率、死亡率、瘤体重量及淋巴和肺组织转移情况。结果实验各组除正常对照组外小鼠生瘤率100．0％，预防和治疗组的瘤重和死亡率与模型对照组比较均有增加，肺转移明显，但未见淋巴转移。结论单味溪黄草水煎剂不能抑制H22细胞生长，对经血循环转移至肺有激发加强作用。Objective To explore the prophylactico-therapeutic effects of water decoction of single plectranthus on transplantation ascitic type of liver cancer(H 22) in mice.Methods In the normal control group subcutaneous injection of normal saline was given to the experimental mice while after hypodemic transplantation of H 22 cells in other groups,the mice in the prophylactic group drunk water decoction of single plectranthus,and the mice in the treatment group also drunk it 4 days later when tumors were f...
