经尿道汽化电切治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道汽化电切治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法运用经尿道汽化电切镜治疗膀胱肿瘤32例。结果术后留置导尿管24～72h，全部患者拔除导尿管后均能自主排尿，术中出血少、易操作，并发症少。结论经尿道汽化电切膀胱肿瘤其方法安全、可靠。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of transurethral vaporization electrosection of bladder carcinoma.Methods Thirty two cases with bladder carcinoma were treated with transurethral vaporization electrosectoscope.Results With indewlling catheter for 24～72 hours after operation,all patients had autonomous urination after decannulation,with little bleeding,simple performance and little complication.Conclusion It is a safe and reliable method.
