摘　　要：目的讨论颅咽管瘤切除术后并发症的处理原则。方法分析36例颅咽管瘤切除术后并发症的临床资料。结果术后并发尿崩症者14例、高热11例、电解质紊乱8例、消化道出血3例、癫痫5例，死亡2例。结论颅咽管瘤术后并发症较多．加强早期监测和处理，可进一步提高该病的治愈率。Objective To discuss the treatment principle for postoperative complications of excision of craniopharyngioma.Methods The clinical data of 36 cases with postoperative complications of excision of craniopharyngioma were analysed.Results We found 14 diabetes insiplidus,11 high fever,8 electrolyte disturbance,3 hemorrhage of digestive tract,5 epilespy and 2 death in the postoperative complications.Conclusion The postoperative complications of excision of craniopharyngioma are common,so early monitering a...
