摘　　要：目的：探讨慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃癌在吉林地区发病情况及病因。方法：胃病患者528例，纤维胃镜下钳取胃粘膜组织，经固定、包埋、切片、染色后光镜观察。结果：病理诊断慢性胃炎328例(占62．1％)，胃溃疡75例(占14．2％)，胃癌116例(占22．0％)，其它胃病9例(占1．7％)。结论：吉林地区慢性胃炎患病率最高；胃癌在人群特别在老年患者中的患病率也较高；慢性胃炎、胃癌在不同年龄组的发病差异非常显著。Objective:To study the pathogenic factors and causes of chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric carcinomia in Jilin area.Methods:In 528 cases of gastric diseases,gastric mucosa was taken with protactor under fiber gastrocope and observed after fixation,embedding,sectioning and staining.Results:328 cases were chronic gastritis(62.1 %);75 cases were gastric ulcer(14.2 %)while 116 cases were gastric carcinomia(2.0 %) and the rest were other kind of gastric diseases(1.7 %).Conclusion:In Jilin area,morbidity...
