摘 要:目的探讨神经导航技术在神经外科锁孔手术中的应用。方法使用史赛克导航仪,对18例颅内病变的影像学资料进行三维重建或融合后,指导相应的锁孔手术。结果图像重建、融合均成功。病变全切率为81.3%,2例动脉瘤夹闭满意。术后痊愈率72.2%。结论先进的导航技术(包括特殊的图像处理技术)辅助下的锁孔显微手术具有术前计划周密,术中定位准确可靠,皮肤切口小而隐秘,手术创伤小,病变全切率高,术后并发症少等优点,在微创神经外科领域中具有广泛的应用前景。Objective To explore the application of neuronavigation in keyhole surgery. Methods Homologous operations were well guided by a Stryker-Leibinger navigation system by which three-dimensional reconstructed and/or fused images were performed for 18 intracranial lesions. Results Reconstruction and fusion were successful. The total removal rate of the intracranial masses was 81.3%. In addition, 2 aneurysms were clipped well. The cure rate was 72.2%. Conclusion Keyhole microscopic surgery aided by the advanced navigation techniques including image process technique has considerable prospects in the clinical application of minimally invasive neurosurgery. Benefits include that it can provide detailed surgical plans, accurate localization, small skin incisions, minimal surgical trauma, high rates of total resection, less complications etc.
