摘  要:应用国产单光子骨矿物质测定仪,分别对519例7岁以下正常儿、13例佝偻病、32例单纯性肥胖症及20例营养不良小儿进行了骨矿物质含量测定。结果显示,正常儿的骨矿物质含量(BMC)、骨宽度(BW)及骨密度(BMC/BW),随小儿的生长发育而相应增加,5~6岁出现男、女性别的差异(女童低于男童)。佝偻病小儿的骨矿物质含量明显低于正常儿,单纯性肥胖儿的骨矿物质含量及骨密度均显著高于正常儿,营养不良儿的骨矿物质含量、骨宽度及骨密度与正常儿相比亦有明显差异。提示骨矿物质含量是评价小儿生长发育和营养状况的一项重要指标。Using single-photon absorptiometry(Made In China),we measured bone mineralcontent of 519 normal children before 7 years of age,13 patients with vitamin D-defi-cient rickets,32 simple obesity and 20 malnutrition.The results showed that all ofbone mineral content(BMC),bone width(BW)and bone density(BMC/BW)increasedwith children's growth,and in the group of 5~6 years of age,sex differences pre-sented(female children had lower BMC than male children).Compared with normalchildren,the ricketsial infants had lower BMC,simple obesity ones had evidently high-er BMC and BMC/BW and malnutritional children had very different BMC,BWand BMC/BW.So the BMC could truely reflect child growth and nutritional status, It's an important index in the evaluation of appraising child growth and nutritionalstatus.
