生育期卵巢肿瘤患者七种激素分泌状况研究

摘　　要：测定了53例生育期卵巢肿瘤患者外周血和患侧卵巢静脉血的7种激素(FSH、LH、E_1、E_2、P、T和A)。结果与正常对照组相比,良性肿瘤组无显著差异,恶性肿瘤组差异有显著性。肿瘤侧的卵巢静脉血激素水平一般都高于外周血水平,恶性肿瘤比良性肿瘤明显。在良性肿瘤中,粘液性瘤和畸胎瘤比其他肿瘤明显。Levels of seven gonadotrophic hormones were determined in peripheral blood and in afected ovary venous blood from 53 women with ovarian tumor. The results showed that the levels were similar between the benign tumor group and normal control group, but significantly different between the malignant tumor group and normal control group. Hormonal levels of the affected ovary venous blood were generally higher than that of peripheral blood. especially marked in the malignant tumor group. The levels were higher in mucinous tumor and teratoma than in other benign tumors.
