侧脑室非胶样神经上皮囊肿的MR诊断

摘　　要：目的　探讨侧脑室非胶样神经上皮囊肿的MR表现特点及其鉴别诊断。方法　 11例侧脑室非胶样神经上皮囊肿中 ,男7例 ,女 4例 ,年龄 4～ 2 9岁 ,平均 17.8岁 ,均行常规MR检查。结果　 11例侧脑室非胶样神经上皮囊肿中 5例位于右侧侧脑室三角区内 ,4例位于左侧侧脑室三角区内 ,2例位于左侧侧脑室后角内。囊肿呈类圆形 ,壁菲薄 ,无附壁结节存在。囊液于T1W及T2 W与脑脊液信号相似 ,增强扫描囊壁囊液均未见强化。结论　侧脑室非胶样神经上皮囊肿的MR表现具有典型特征。MR是显示该囊肿的最佳检查方法 ,能够达到准确的诊断 ,对临床治疗起到指导作用。Objective To explore the MR features and differential diagnosis of lateral ventricular noncolloid neuroepithelial cyst(NNC).Methods 11 cases of NNC, including 7 males and 4 females, aging from 4～29 years, were all undergone plain MR scanning.Results All 11 cases of NNC ,5 cases were in right trigone,4 cases were in left trigone and 2 cases were in left posterior horn. The cysts were round-like with thin rim, and no modul nodule inside. The signal of cyst fluid was similar to CSF on T 1WI and T 2WI.There was no enhancement in cyst fluid and rim.Conclusion The lateral ventricular NNC is of typical MR findings.Carebrospinal fluid (CSF)MR is the most reliable examination in showing NNC. It can provide accurate diagnostic information,which is of great value in clinical treatment.
