摘 要:目的:探讨借助小波分析手段,通过脑血流导纳图来有效检测脑血管状态。方法:实验于2002-04/2003-05在协和医院、海淀医院和宣武医院进行,并建立血管导纳模型,利用小波包分解技术,对不同年龄段脑梗死患者的导纳图进行处理,将表征血管弹性及血管壁光滑程度的两组特征量进行对照。结果:经小波包变换后的数据,可以看出随年龄的增大血管弹性减少、光滑度降低。结论:借助小波分析手段,脑血流图可以定性检测脑血管老化或是否发生病变。AIM: To analyze the state of cerebral vessels detected with brain admittance diagram method through wavelet packet. METHODS: The experiment was performed in Union Hospital, Haidian Hospital and Xuanwu Hospital from April 2002 to May 2003. The artery electrical admittance model was established. The wavelet pack technology was used to dispose the admittance diagram data of the patients that belonged to the different age stage. The characteristics of flexibility and lubricity were compared. RESULTS: After the wavelet pack was used, it was shown that the older the patient was, the less flexibility and lubricity were. CONCLUSION: By the means of wavelet pack analyses, the brain admittance diagram can detect the aging of cerebral vessels and the occurrence of lesion.
