摘 要:背景:实验研究发现,羌菖合剂可防治脑供血不足的脑损伤,并可改善血液流变性。目的:研究羌菖合剂对脑供血不足大鼠外周红细胞的作用,探讨改善血液流变性的机制。设计:随机对照实验。单位:成都军区总医院的中心实验室。材料:实验于2003-07/09在成都军区总医院中心实验室完成,选用SD大白鼠50只,雌雄兼用,体质量150~170g。方法:结扎大鼠右侧颈总动脉(CA)造成脑供血不足,并分成对照组和羌菖合剂治疗组,将两组进行对比。结扎CA当天开始,治疗组灌胃给不同剂量羌菖合剂,对照组灌胃给生理盐水。治疗3,7d,仪器分析外周红细胞及其流变性参数。主要观察指标:①实验大鼠红细胞血红蛋白量。②实验大鼠红细胞流变性。结果:①术后3d,对照组外周血平均细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、血球比积(HCT,%)和RBC聚集指数呈增高趋势,平均细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC,g/L)明显增大(375±7vs363±13)(P<0.05);羌菖合剂10g/kg治疗组HGB(139.2±12.4vs153.6±9.6),MCHC(355±7vs375±7),HCT(35.4±0.9vs42.8±4.5),显著低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.001)。②术后7d,对照组外周血RBC刚性指数和聚集指数则呈进一步升高趋势;羌菖合剂10g/kg治疗组MCHC(354±4vs361±4)、RBC刚性指数(1.02±0.35vs4.54±3.04)和聚集指数(2.76±0.66vs4.67±1.21)显著低于对照?BACKGROUND:It has been discovered in experimental researches that qiang chang heji acts on prevention and treatment of brain injuries induced by insufficient blood supply and improvement of blood rhelogical property. OBJECTIVE:To study on the effects of qiang chang heji on peripheral red blood cell in rats with insufficient blood supply to brain so as to probe into its mec hanism on improving blood rhelogical property. DESIGN:A randomized controlled trial. SETTING:Central Laboratory of General Hospital of Chengdu Military Area Comman d of Chinese PLA. MATERIALS:The experiment was performed in Central Laboratory of General Hospit al of Chengdu Military Area Command of Chinese PLA from July to September 2003.T otally 50 SD white rats of either sex were employed, weighted varied from 150 g to 170 g. METHODS:The common carotid artery(CA) on the right side was ligatured to induc e insufficient blood supply in the brain.The control and qiang chang heji(QCHJ) group were designed for comparison. On the same day of CA ligature, in treatment group,QCHJ of various dosages were applied daily for gastric perfusion;and in t he control,physiological saline was applied.Three or seven days later ,the param eters of peripheral red blood cell and its rhelogical property were analyzed wit h equipment. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:①Hemoglobin(HGB) of red blood cell(RBC) in experimental rats.②RBC rhelogical property in experimental rats. RESULTS:①Three days later after operation,in the control compared with the sham operation group,mean cell hemoglobin (MCH),haematocrit(HCT)(%) and RBC aggreg ation index were in the tendency of increase and mean cell hemoglobin concentrat ion (MCHC)(g/L) was increased obviously(375±7 vs 363±13)(P< 0.05).In the treat ment group of 10 g/kg QCHJ,HGB(139.2±12.4 vs 153.6±9.6), MCHC(355±7 vs 375±7 ) and haematocrit(HCT)(35.4±0.9 vs 42.8±4.5) were significantly lower than the control(P< 0.05-P< 0.001).②Seven days after operation,
