血管内皮生长因子C与环氧合酶-2对宫颈癌淋巴转移、预后及生存曲线的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨在宫颈癌中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)和环氧合酶-2表达的相关性及其与淋巴结转移、预后的关系。方法:选取1996-01/1998-12在黑龙江省肿瘤医院行宫颈癌根治术的存档蜡块标本59个。采用免疫组化SP法检测59例宫颈癌石蜡标本中VEGF-C及环氧合酶-2蛋白表达情况,分析其与临床病理特点之间的关系。结果:宫颈癌中VEGF-C及环氧合酶-2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为66%(39/59)和86%(51/59),VEGF-C与环氧合酶-2表达呈正相关(r=0.424,P<0.001)。淋巴结转移组VEGF-C和环氧合酶-2阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P=0.001,0.012),VEGF-C和环氧合酶-2阳性组5年生存率显著低于VEGF-C和环氧合酶-2阴性组(P=0.006,0.005)。结论:宫颈癌中VEGF-C和环氧合酶-2表达呈正相关,并且两者的表达与宫颈癌的淋巴转移及预后密切相关。AIM:To investigate the relativity between expression of vascular endothelial g rowth factor C(VEGF C) and cyclooxygenase 2(Cox 2) and their relationship wi th lymphatic metastasis and prognosis of uterine cervical cancer. METHODS:Expression of VEGF C and Cox 2 was identified by SP immunohistochemi cal method in the 59 paraffin specimens respectively,which were selected from th e filed specimens after radical operation of uterine cervical cancer in Heilongj iang Provincial Cancer Hospital during January 1996 and December 1998.And the re lation of expression of VEGF C and Cox 2 with clinicopathologic features of ut erine cervical cancer was analyzed. RESULTS:The positive expression rates of VEGF C and Cox 2 were 66%(39/59)an d 86%(51/59) respectively in uterine cervical cancers.There was positive correl ation between the expression of VEGF C and Cox 2(r=0.424,P=0.001).The positive expression rates of VEGF C and Cox 2 in tumors with lymphatic metastasis were significantly higher than those in tumors without lymphatic metastasis(P=0.001, 0.012).The 5 year survival rates in the positive VEGF C and Cox 2 groups were lower those in the negative groups(P=0.006,0.005). CONCLUSION:A positive correlation is found between expression of VEGF C and C ox 2 in uterine cervical cancers,and the expression is closely relative with ly mphatic metastasis and prognosis of uterine cervical cancer.
