MNP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察国产长春瑞滨(盖诺),顺铂、丝裂霉素联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效.方法化疗方案采用盖诺25mg/m2静脉于第1,8天给药,丝裂霉素8mg/m2静脉于第1天给药,顺铂30mg/m2静脉于第1～3天给药.结果全组42例,其中CR 3例,PR19例,总有效率为52.38%.主要副作用是骨髓抑制,其中Ⅲ、IV度白细胞下降发生率分别为42.86%、4.76%.结论 MNP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,毒副作用能耐受,值得临床进一步研究推广.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Vinorelbine, Cisplatin and Mitomycin in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods The chemotherapy regimen consisted of Vinorelbine 25mg/m2 intravenous on day 1 and 8, Cisplatin 30mg/m2 iv on day 1～3, mitomycin 8mg/m2 iv on day 1. Results Of the 42 cases, the overall response rate was 52.3% with 3(7.14%)CR and 19(45.24%)PR, the major adverse effects were myelosuppression, grade Ⅲ、Ⅳ neustropenia which occurred in 42.86%, 4.76%.Conclusion The MNP combination chemotherapy with tolerable toxicity for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer is effective and deserves to be evaluated further.
