小儿葡萄状横纹肌肉瘤临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿葡萄状横纹肌肉瘤的临床病理特点,为该肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供依据.方法对13例小儿葡萄状横纹肌肉瘤进行临床分期及病理分级.结果 (1)13例小儿葡萄状横纹肌肉瘤中,男性7例,女性6例,年龄2～10岁,平均年龄5.5岁;(2)发生的部位分别是:膀胱10例,占76.92%;阴道部2例,占15.38%;胆总管内1例,占7.70%;(3)病理特点:13例肿块均呈息肉样或葡萄状改变.结论掌握小儿葡萄状横纹肌肉瘤的形态特征并结合临床分期,对诊断及鉴别诊断有着十分重要的意义.Objective To analyze the clinicopathological feature of Botryoid rhabdomyoscoma (BRMS) and to provide evidence for its diagnosis and treatment.Methods Thirteen cases of BRMS in children were clinically staged and pathocogically graded.Results (1)Among the 13 patients, 7 were boys and 6 were girls, and the age were from 2 to 10 years, the average were 5.5 of old.(2)10 cases of BRMS were located in bladder(76.92%);2 cases were in vulva(15.38%);and 1 case was in common bile duct( 7.7 %).(3)The feature of pathology:13 cases BRMS were all with polypoid or Botryoid altereation. Conclusion It played a significant role to understand the histopatholgical characteristic of BRMS and combine with its clinical stage of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
