摘　　要：基于将企业作为资源型组织,智力资本成为企业中最有价值的资产,因此合理有效地利用智力资本成为企业关注的焦点。从资本运营的角度出发,分析了企业智力资本运营的研究背景及其内涵,给出了企业智力资本运营的一个过程模型,指出了有关企业智力资本运营今后应该研究的几个主要问题。Taking an enterprise as a resource organization,intelligent capital is the most valuable asset in the enterprise.Enterprises focus on utilizing intelligent capital reasonably and efficiently.From the angle of caital operation,this paper discusses intentions of intelligent capital operation in enterprises and its theory base,sets up a process model,and points out several problems that should by solved in the future.
