摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的逐步深入和社会主义教育事业的发展，民办教育逐渐发展壮大。民办教育机构的产生和发展、国办与民办、国办教育不同规模多种教育机构的合作有其历史的必然性，多种教育机构合作对教育事业发展起了重要推动作用，规范和促进多种所有制教育机构的合作既要靠政府立法加以规范，又要遵循其客观规律。People-run education developed gradually w ith the further reform in ou r country and the development of socialist educational cause. It is historically necessary for people-run educational institutes to come into being, develop and cooperate with state-run education and various state-run educational institutes . Their cooperation fosters the educational cause, and needs to be disciplined b y legislation and natural laws.
