摘 要:选用了分散性能较差的4种商业氮化硅粉料,系统研究了表面水解及热氧化处理对氮化硅粉料表面特性及分散性能的影响,并结合粉料的DRIFT光谱、离子电导率和可溶性离子浓度、以及表面氧含量的分析,总结了氮化硅粉料分散性能较差的限制性因素,提出1种普适性的制备氮化硅水基浓悬浮体的新方法。The surface characteristics and aqueous dispersibility of commercial silicon nitride powders strongly depend on their specific production methods and post-treatment process. Four representatives of commercial silicon nitride powders were studied in this investigation. Based on measuring the theological properties, the species of surface atom groups and the oxygen content on powder surface, the effects of powder surface modifications (such as hydrolysis and thermal oxidation) on surface characteristics and aqueous dispersibility were studied systematically. The factors which decrease the powders' dispersibility has been put forward and a universal surface modification method is to be developed to make different commercial silicon nitride powders acquire the similar excellent aqueous dispersibility.
