摘　　要：采用近红外漫反射光谱法对不同厂家注射用头孢他啶进行快速无损地鉴别分析。在不打开包装瓶的条件下,对来源于7个不同厂家和不同批次的61个样品分别采集了3次近红外漫反射光谱,并以其中120条光谱组成校正集,用于建立判别分析模型,以其余63条光谱组成验证集,以检验判别模型的判别效果和准确性。结果表明,所建立的判别模型对验证集中的样品能够作出准确无误的判别分类。该方法方便快速、准确有效。To identify ceftazidime for injection by NIR diffuse reflectance spectroscopy fast and nondestructively 61 samples from different batches of 7 factories were prepared and three spectra of each sample were collected. 120 of 183 spectra were used to form the calibration set to build the discrimination model, and the other 63 spectra were used to validate the performance of the model. The results show that the model can actually distinguish all samples from 7 different factories. The presented method is convenient, fast and has a good performance.
