浅谈转轨阶段高校的教学改革

摘　　要：处于转轨时期的高等教育，由于大量扩招，导致了学生层次高低不等的现实局面。面对如此现实。高教从业人员必须直面它，研究它，转变观念，积极改革．为实现高校的顺利转轨，培养适应人才市场所需的高素质人才，献计献策。The higher education is in the period of transformation. Expanded enrollment results in different levels of the students. Faced with the realistic situation, some educators are worried, and some doubtful, but more work at practical study. We think that since the reality confronts us, we must face it squarely. We should change our ideas, reform actively and offer our advice about practicing the transformation in universities and colleges and training high quality talented persons who can adapt to the need of talent market.
