摘  要:目的:在睡眠监测中捕捉异常脑电生理信息,提高儿童癫痫(EP)的诊断水平, 最终达到早期诊断,及时治疗,降低EP儿童智能障碍,提高EP儿童心身健康的综合目标。 方法:对60例临床诊断疑为EP、而经过常规脑电图(REEG)及相关检查不能确诊的患儿,采 取部分剥夺睡眠后行自然睡眠脑电监测2.5-3小时,入睡前先行自身REEG记录,以作对 照分析。结果:自身REEG异常15%,均呈非特异性改变。睡眠脑电监测异常91.67%,其 中特异性异常85.45%,非特异性异常14.55%。结论:睡眠脑电监测异常信息明显高于 REEG(p<0.01),具有很高的特异性,而且无创伤性,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To catch the abnormal brain electrical physiologic information in sleep monitor, increase the diagnostic level of child's epilepsy, end to attain synthetic target in diagnosis early, in time treatment, decreasing intelligence obstacle of child with epilepsy, increasing the heart - body health of child with epilepsy. Methods: In 60 patients with epilepsy suspected their diagnosis can't confirmed by electroencephalogram and related check. After adopting parts of deprivations sleep, a nature sleep brain electricity was monitored for 2. 5 - 3 hours, before falling asleep, REEG was recorded so that compare analysis. Results: abmnormal rate of REEG was 15% , they were all nonspecific changes. The abnormal rate of sleep brain electrical monitors was 91.67%. In them, specific change was 85.45%, nonspecific change was 14. 55%. Conclusions: The abnormal information of sleep electroencephalogram monitors is obvious higher than REEG ( P < 0. 01) , its particularity was very high, and have no a wound, and was well worth clinical popularizing and application.
