摘　　要：目的研究经腹入路治疗胃底贲门癌的获益和指征。方法对1992到2002年间的78例经腹手术径路的胃底贲门癌治疗进行回顾性分析。结果贲门癌切除后行手工或吻合器吻合。所有的患者均治愈出院,无吻合口漏、瘘的发生,无围手术期的死亡。结论经腹径路行胃底贲门癌的切除对高危病人来说是一个理想、安全的方式。Objective To study the advantage and indication of transventral approach in the treatment of cardiac cancer. Method From 1992 to 2002,78 cases with cardiac cancer received radical resection were analyzed retrospectively. Result After cardiac cancer resection,the handsewn or stapled esophagojejunostomy and esophagogastrostomy were performed in 78 cases.All cases were cured and discharged without anastomotic leakage and death during perioperative period.Conclusion Transventral approach for redical resection of cardiac cancer is an ideal,safe method in patients with high risk of operation.
