摘  要:目的 :探讨偏侧帕金森病 (Parkinson sdisease ,PD)大鼠质致密部 (SNpc)胶质细胞的变化。方法 :6 羟多巴胺 (6 OHDA)立体定向注射制备偏侧PD大鼠模型。采用免疫组化方法观察大鼠质致密部酪氨酸羟化酶 (TH)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)和S 10 0蛋白免疫阳性细胞并对其面密度进行定量分析。结果 :帕金森病组大鼠毁损侧SNpc部位的TH免疫阳性面密度较正常组大鼠明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ,而GFAP、PCNA、S 10 0免疫阳性面密度则明显增多 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :PD大鼠毁损侧SNpc部位存在明显的胶质细胞增生 ;SNpc部位的胶质细胞可能影响着PD的发生及其严重程度。Objective: To study the change of glial cells in the substantia nigra pars compacts of experimental hemiparkinsonian rats. Methods: The hemiparkinsonian rat models were established with unilateral intranigral injection of 6-hydroxydopamine. Immunocy-tochemistry was carried out to measure the change of tyrosine hydroxylase,glial fibrillary acidic protein,proliferating cell nuclear antigen and S-100 expressions in the substantia nigra pars compacta. Results:Compared with the control group,the dimension density of TH immunopositive granule decreased significantly in the SNpc of PD group (P<0.01),while the dimension density of GFAP,PCNA and S-100 immunopositive granule increased in this area (P<0.01).Conclusion: There was obvious activation of glial cells in the lesioned SNpc of hemiparkinsonian rats. It suggested that glial cells in the SNpc may influence the occurrence and severity of PD indirectly.
