周围型小肺癌27例影像学特征分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨周围型小肺癌的影像学特征。方法 :收集并分析 2 7例病灶在 2cm以下的周围型小肺癌的术前胸片和CT薄层扫描影像资料 ,所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 :2 7例周围性小肺癌早期在胸部平片表现为 :肺内结节影 19例 ,浸润影 6例 ,条索状影 2例 ;CT片病灶的表现有分叶征、血管集束征、细毛刺征、空泡征、胸膜凹陷征等 ,其中有 5例做过 1年 1次的常规胸片体检 ,其中 1例 3年前胸部平片已有病灶出现 ,4例 1年前已有病灶出现 ,但均未及时发现。结论 :上述结果提示熟悉肺癌早期的X线表现十分重要。Objective:To evaluate the image features of small peripheral lung cancer. Methods:The chest film and thin-section imaged data before operation were collected and analyzed in 27 cases of small peripheral lung cancer (below 2cm) which proved by surgical pathology. Results:The 27 cases appeared the nodular (19cases),flake (6cases)and striation(2cases)shadows on the chest film, while lobulation,peripheral vessel convergence, spicular, vacuole and pleural indentation sign were mainly signs in the CT image .There were 5 patients taken chest film every year, in which 1 case had abnormal image on the chest film in 3 years ago, and 4 cases over a year, but all were delayed diaguosis.Conclusions:To be familiar with the early image signs of these small peripheral lung cancer is very important.
