摘　　要：以核心资源整合为导向组建虚拟企业时,针对如何实现虚拟企业中各成员企业资源共享与风险分担等管理问题,提出了一个资源池模式下虚拟企业信任治理模型,实现了面向企业资源的虚拟企业资源的协调管理与控制。During virtual enterprise founding, with orienting to core resource integration, aiming to actualize the resource sharing and risk sharing among its members, the paper proposes Virtual Enterprise trust governance model under the resource pooling mode. And then, the coordinated management and control on virtual enterprise resources have been actualized.
