摘　　要：文章从企业与环境互动演化的角度,探讨了我国企业在经济转型过程中的成长经验与成长战略,确认了企业与环境良性互动,企业根据环境的变化,由机会捕捉型成长向素质、能力型成长转型的典型成长战略演化路线。文章的结论对企业制定成长战略和对各级政府制定相关区域发展战略有参考价值。Based on case studies, the paper explores the Chinese enterprises' development experiences and strategies in the context of Chinese economic transition from the perspective of interactive evolution, and also identifies the sound interactive improvement between enterprise and environment. It is a typical strategic evolution path for enterprise growth, conforming environmental changes, to shift the strategic management from environment opportunity-seek ing growth to enterprise quality-building growth, in the context of Chinese transitional economy. We believe the re suits of the study will benefit to the enterprise strategic management adapting to environmental changes, and will contribute to the government policymaking for the relative regions development.
