摘　　要：目的 探讨Survivin和Ki-67在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学技术(S-P)法检测各期胃癌共50例及12例浅表性胃炎组织中Survivin和Ki-67的表达水平,并结合病理特征进行分析。结果 胃癌组织中Survivin阳性表达率为74％,显著高于浅表性胃炎组(P<0.001)。Survivin过表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结及远处转移、临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与胃癌组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。Ki-67抗原阳性表达率在胃癌组织中为52％,显著高于浅表性胃炎组(P<0.01),并与胃癌组织分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结及远处转移、临床分期相关(P<0.05)。两种蛋白表达有关联(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin和Ki-67在胃癌组织中过表达,二者过表达与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,可作为预后不良的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and Ki-67 in gastric cancer, and to evaluate their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical technique (S-P) was applied to detect the expression of Survivin and ki-67 in 50 specimens of gastric cancer and 12 of superficial gastritis. Results The positive rate of Survivin in gastric cancer was 74% , much higher than that in superficial gastritis ( P < 0.001) . Survivin protein positive-expression was correlated significantly with tumor infiltration depth, lymph node and distant place metastases and clinical stage. The expression of Survivin was not related to tumor cell differetiation. Ki-67 antigen positive-expression was correlated significantly with tumor cell differetiation, lymph node and distant place metastases and clinical stage. There was significant correlation between the two proteins. Conclusions The expression of Survivin and Ki-67 in gastric cancer is significantly increased. They might play important roles in the generating and progress of gastric cancer, and might indicate unfavorable prognosis for gastric cancer patients.
