塔里木盆地子午沙鼠年龄鉴定及种群年龄组成的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究塔里木盆地子午沙鼠年龄鉴定方法及种群年龄组成。方法　 2 0 0 3年 9月 ,对在塔里木盆地捕获的867只子午沙鼠进行生物学测量和解剖 ,以胴体重为指标 ,经次数分配和参考体重、体长、尾长、繁殖及实验室饲养鼠数据作对比划分年龄组。结果　以胴体重为指标将子午沙鼠划分为 5个年龄组 ,胴体重、体重、体长和尾长随其生长变化明显 ,且成正相关 ,其中胴体重生长增加相对稳定 ,各年龄组平均胴体重加减 1个标准差 ,和加减 3个标准差均无交差现象。各年龄组体重间差别显著 (P <0 . 0 0 0 5 ) ,Ⅰ～Ⅳ龄♀性和Ⅰ ,Ⅳ龄 性间体长差别显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅰ～Ⅴ龄间尾长差别显著 (P <0 . 0 5 )。结论　以胴体重为指标 ,划分子午沙鼠年龄是一种比较可靠、适用的方法。Objective To study the method of age estimation and constitution of population age of Meriones meridianus in the Tarim Basin. Method 867 M.meridianus captured in September 2003 in the Tarim Basin were subjected to biological measurements and anatomy and were divided into different age groups after several distributions according to trunk weight, body weight, body length, tail length, reproduction and data of laboratory-breeding mice. Result By taking trunk weight as criterion, M.meridianus were divided into 5 age groups, trunk weight, body weight, body length and tail length varied clearly with their growth, showing normal correlation; out of these, the growth and gain in trunk weight were relatively stable. The average trunk weight of each age group was plus or minus 1 standard deviation (SD), and no cross-deviation phenomenon was observed with plus or minus 3SDs. The difference in body weight among these age groups was significant, (P<0.000 5), female gerbils of Ⅰ～Ⅳ years and male gerbils of Ⅰ and Ⅳ years showed marked difference in body length(P<0.05), and marked difference in tail length was observed between gerbils of Ⅰ～Ⅴ years (P<0.05). Conclusion It is a reliable and applicable method that trunk weight as criterion of M.meridianus were divided into age groups.
