摘　　要：在本文中我们讨论了生成元非稠定时局部C群与局部半群的关系及一些基本性质 ,并获得局部C群的生成定理。In the paper, the author discusses the relationship between local C-groups and local C-semigroups as well as some basic properties of local C-groups whose generators may not be densely defined.Moreover, a generation theorem of local C-groups is obtained.
